These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ServiceAnimalLaw.com and the services offered through the website. By visiting the website, submitting a complaint, uploading documents, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the website or submit information through it.
ServiceAnimalLaw.com is operated by Pet Platforms, Inc. and provides an advocacy and complaint intake service for individuals who believe they experienced discrimination or denial of access related to a service animal, emotional support animal, or assistance animal.
ServiceAnimalLaw is not a law firm. ServiceAnimalLaw does not provide legal advice. Nothing on the website or in communications from ServiceAnimalLaw should be understood as legal advice or as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney.
Submitting a complaint, contacting ServiceAnimalLaw, or receiving a response from our team does not create an attorney client relationship between you and ServiceAnimalLaw or between you and any attorney.
An attorney client relationship is created only if an attorney or law firm separately agrees to represent you in writing.
If ServiceAnimalLaw refers your matter to an attorney, that attorney is an independent professional. Any representation would be governed by a separate agreement between you and that attorney.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a complaint through ServiceAnimalLaw.com.
By using the website, you represent that the information you provide is about your own experience or that you are authorized to submit information on behalf of the person affected.
When you submit a complaint, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You agree that ServiceAnimalLaw may use the information you submit to review your complaint, communicate with you, request additional information, investigate the matter, identify patterns involving particular companies or practices, and determine whether referral to an attorney may be appropriate.
By checking the consent box on a complaint form, you confirm that the information you submitted is accurate and that you authorize ServiceAnimalLaw to review your case and contact you about it.
You agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or abusive content.
You agree not to submit information that you do not have a right to share, including confidential information belonging to another person without authorization.
You may upload documents that you believe support your complaint. You represent that you have the right to provide those materials to ServiceAnimalLaw.
Do not upload Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for us to understand your complaint.
ServiceAnimalLaw may review uploaded files for relevance, security, and processing needs.
ServiceAnimalLaw does not guarantee that a complaint will result in a particular outcome, response, settlement, accommodation, or referral to an attorney.
Review times, follow up, and next steps depend on the facts of each matter and the resources available to ServiceAnimalLaw.
Filing a complaint is free. ServiceAnimalLaw does not charge consumers a fee to submit a complaint through the website.
You agree to use ServiceAnimalLaw.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms of Use.
You agree not to:
ServiceAnimalLaw may block submissions, restrict access, or take other reasonable steps to protect the website and its users from abuse.
